About Us
We are a membership-based e-commerce marketplace that curates a wide range of products made in the USA, and with a Pro-America ethos. Our audience is politically conservative, and motivated to support brands they feel align with their values.
We're a small team, growing quickly, and expect to double our year-over-year revenue in 2025.
About the Work
We're growing quickly and our team is made up of a lot of disparate contractors working in different silos of the business. We're looking for a Fractional Operations Lead to create cohesion, identify operational gaps, and implement stronger processes across the entire org.
Specifically, you'll:
- Create new SOPs that help our customer service team, our vendor team, our marketing team, etc. improve their processes
- Act as a project lead to make sure cross-functional projects are running smoothly and on time
- Up-level our company's software tooling so that we can work and communicate more efficiently
- Identify new ways to streamline company operations and own its implementation
The plan will be to start with a 4 - 6 week trial, and if that goes well we'll continue with an ongoing fractional contract.
About You
You MUST have:
- Significant internal Operations experience in either tech / software or eCommerce businesses
- Have written more SOPs than you can count
- Experience managing large numbers of independent contractors and freelancers
- Based in the USA
