Role Overview
The Fractional Integrator is the primary driver of process and accountability within Techless. We do not expect day-to day responsibility, but do expect intensive moments of hard conversations and driving EOS process improvements. This role is accountable for harmonizing the leadership team, driving Traction, and ensuring the company executes on the Vision as defined in the V/TO.™ This is a fractional (part-time or contract) leadership role.
Integrator Responsibilities:
- Ensure the organization consistently executes on the Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO™)
- Translate the Visionary’s ideas into clear priorities, Rocks, and action plans
- Maintain focus on what matters most and eliminate distractions
- Lead the Leadership Team using EOS tools and disciplines
- Ensure each leader gets it, wants it, and has the capacity to do it (GWC®)
- Hold leaders accountable to their Rocks, Scorecard numbers, and to-dos
- Serve as the owner and enforcer of EOS across the organization
- Facilitate and maintain Level 10 Meetings™, quarterly sessions, and annual planning
- Ensure the organization follows EOS purely and consistently
- Identify, Discuss, and Solve issues at their root
- Eliminate cross-functional friction and communication breakdowns
- Ensure issues are solved once and permanently
- Own all major operational decisions
- Ensure processes are documented, followed, and improved
- Drive clarity around roles, responsibilities, and accountability
- Maintain a weekly Scorecard that provides real-time visibility into company health
- Ensure data-driven decision-making, not opinions or emotions
- Drive corrective action when numbers are off track
- Act as the filter, translator, and reality-check for the Visionary
- Push back when needed while protecting the Vision
- Allow the Visionary to focus on vision, relationships, and big ideas
Integrator Job Skills:
- Proven experience as an EOS Integrator, in an EOS-run company.
- Deep understanding of EOS tools
- Experience working in a Visionary–Integrator duo
- Strong people leader who naturally drives accountability
- Comfortable making tough decisions and addressing performance issues
- Exceptional facilitator of leadership meetings and planning sessions
- Disciplined, organized, and process-driven
- Direct, honest, and grounded
- Calm, steady presence that brings structure to complexity
- Obsessed with clarity, focus, and follow-through
- Comfortable stepping into organizations quickly and creating traction fast
- Able to work 10–25 hours per week with high impact
- Experience working across multiple clients or engagements preferred
Integrator Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in active fractional integrator role, utilizing the EOS system.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and people in a similar role.
Location: Required to work at the Shiner, TX office 1+ days per month and lead quarterly meetings 1 week per quarter.
Compensation: Depends on Experience
