About Us
We provide all-in-one software for community association management, helping HOAs, condominiums, and property managers handle compliance, websites, document storage, budgeting, and more.
Our new US venture is owned by an international proptech company, looking to expand into the U.S., starting with Florida.
About the Work
We are struggling to expand our property management software business beyond Florida and need help breaking into new U.S. markets. We're looking for a fractional Head of BD who can represent us in the field with HOAs, open doors through their network, and drive real pipeline.
Specifically, you'll:
- Advise on which US markets to prioritize and how to enter them
- Attend and represent us at CAI events, local meetups, and other industry gatherings
- Build and maintain relationships with PMCs, LCAMs, and board members
- Generate and qualify opportunities through your existing network
- Build partnerships with vendors in adjacent categories like legal, CPA, insurance, and payments
- Support or lead early-stage sales conversations and work with our internal sales team to convert opportunities
- Bring field intelligence back to the team on how PMCs buy, what objections they raise, and what product features matter most
- Help refine our messaging, ICP, and positioning based on what you're hearing in the market
About You
You MUST have:
- 8+ years of experience working inside the HOA and property management ecosystem in the USA. This includes:
- Any of the major property management tech platforms, e.g. Yardi, Appfolio, Buildium, etc.
- A mid-to-large property management company
- A strong existing network of PMCs, LCAMs, and/or board members you can activate quickly
- Comfort being in the field: attending events, meeting prospects in person, and representing a company externally
- Based in the USA only
