About Elevated Health
Elevated Health is a direct-to-consumer telemedicine brand helping people take control of their weight, metabolic health, and longevity. We connect patients with licensed clinicians and deliver GLP-1s, weight-loss, and longevity medications straight to their door. We're growing fast in one of the most competitive, fastest-moving categories in consumer health — and we're building the acquisition engine to match.

The Role
We're hiring our first Head of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing to build our affiliate and influencer program from the ground up. This is a build-it-from-scratch role: you'll stand up the tech stack, recruit and negotiate with partners, and own the numbers. You'll be the person who turns creators, publishers, and affiliate networks into a durable, profitable acquisition channel.
This is an ownership role for an operator who's done it before. We're open to a full-time hire or a fractional engagement for the right person — tell us what you're looking for.

What You'll Do
- Build the program from zero. Stand up and own our affiliate and influencer infrastructure — set up and manage platforms like Impact (or similar), tracking, attribution, payouts, and compliance workflows.
- Own the partner portfolio. Recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships across influencers, creators, listicle and review sites, publishers, media partners, and affiliate networks.
- Own the metrics. Carry the number for the channel — CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV:CAC, and payback period. Set targets, report on them, and hit them.
- Design the economics. Build commission structures, payout models, and incentive tiers that scale profitably and keep top partners engaged.
- Scale what works. Test creators, offers, and placements; double down on winners; cut what doesn't convert.
- Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with growth, creative, and clinical/compliance teams to keep messaging on-brand and within regulatory guardrails for a healthcare product.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience building a D2C affiliate and/or influencer program from scratch — not just running an existing one.
- Hands-on expertise with affiliate platforms such as Impact (impact.com, Partnerize, CJ, or comparable platforms are a plus).
- A track record managing relationships with influencers, listicle/review sites, publishers, and affiliate networks.
- Real ownership of acquisition-cost and performance metrics (CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV) — you think like an operator who's accountable for the P&L of your channel.
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort structuring deals and commission models.
- A test-and-learn mindset, fluency with data, and the ability to move fast in a scrappy, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have
- Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or telemedicine — especially navigating advertising and compliance considerations in regulated categories.
- Familiarity with the GLP-1 / weight-loss / longevity space.
- An existing network of creators, publishers, and affiliate partners you can activate quickly.

Why Join
- Build, don't maintain. This is a founding-level channel role with real ownership and budget.
- Category momentum. Metabolic health and longevity are exploding, and we're positioned to win.
- Flexibility. Fully remote, with full-time or fractional options for the right person.
- Direct impact. Your work goes straight to the top of the funnel and straight to the bottom line.
