The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role. We're looking for a Fractional Growth Officer — an entrepreneurial self-starter who operates independently, drives results without being directed, and wants to co-build something meaningful from the ground up.
You'll be the driving force behind THG's commercial growth: building our pipeline, closing deals, implementing scalable sales infrastructure, and activating our partner ecosystem. In return, you get true ownership — not just in title, but in how we structure this relationship.

What You'll Own
- Build pipeline from the ground up — identify, engage, and qualify mid-market and enterprise prospects across target verticals
- Close deals independently — manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed agreement
- Implement CRM and sales processes — create repeatable, scalable systems where none currently exist
- Activate partner channels — work with technology and consulting partners (including Microsoft ecosystem partners) to generate referral revenue
What We're Looking For
Experience:
- 5–7 years in B2B sales, specifically in consulting, professional services, or technology services
- Demonstrated track record of building pipeline from zero — not inheriting someone else's book
- Experience selling mid-market deals in the $20–50K range
- CRM implementation and management experience
- Familiarity with partner/channel sales models
