We also have a venture arm, Apollo 21 Ventures, where we partner with audacious innovators to validate and launch business ventures from zero to one...and beyond. Inside our venture studio, we occasionally incubate our own products, too.
This role is focused on one of our incubated products, Meeting Cost Calculator.
The Product
Apollo 21 Ventures launched Meeting Cost Calculator about 6 months ago. The product aims to Save companies⏳time and 💰money by understanding the cost of company meetings.

We've received very positive reactions to the product, but haven't had much time to focus on growth until now. That's where you come in...
The Role
We're looking for a Fractional Growth Marketing Lead to own marketing for Meeting Cost Calculator. Your mission is to experiment with different marketing channels to figure out the most effective methods for driving awareness and trial of the product. This might include (but definitely not limited to):
- Content marketing / SEO
- Cold outreach
- Paid social ads
- Organic social
This role is fully remote (though significant overlap with US hours is strongly preferred). We're looking for an hourly rate between $80 - $125/hr depending on your experience level. We expect the role to need 5 - 10 hrs / week.
The role will report to our CEO.
Who Are You?
You are a hands-on marketing leader, equal parts capable of setting our strategy and executing on it.
You have 5 - 10 years of dedicated, full-time marketing experience at early or growth-stage technology startups.
You can clearly demonstrate that you're data-driven. You know how to run experiments, how to measure them, what success looks like, etc.
