Fractional E-Commerce Manager (Shopify, Analytics, CRO)
Location: Remote
Hours: ~10–20 hrs/week to start, potential to evolve to full time if there's a strong fit.

We’ve built a strong presence across DTC, Amazon, Costco, and B2B - and now, we’re ready to level up our e-commerce game with a data-driven, strategic partner who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and help us scale.
The Role
We’re looking for a Fractional E-Commerce Manager who is both analytical and action-oriented - someone who thrives in the weeds but can also pull back to see the big picture and deliver proactive insights. You'll be our go-to person for understanding site performance and retention data, guiding key metrics, and identifying actionable opportunities to improve conversion, lifetime value, and overall channel profitability.
What You’ll Own
Customer Insights & Reporting
- Analyze cohort-level behavior, retention, LTV, CAC, and other key customer metrics
- Build out clear weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track performance and trends
- Own our new vs. returning customer data and make it digestible for leadership
Site Performance & Optimization
- Monitor and improve site speed, page load times, SEO performance, and overall health
- Use tools like Triple Whale, Google Analytics, Hotjar/Heatmap.com, etc. to assess performance
- Partner with our marketing and creative team to implement CRO best practices
Strategic Growth Partner
- Provide regular insights on what’s working and what’s not
- Help guide retention strategies and identify quick wins and long-term opportunities
- Be a collaborative voice in shaping the future of our e-commerce strategy
Who You Are
- Deeply experienced with Shopify and ideally Shopify Plus
- Highly fluent in tools like Triple Whale, GA4, Hotjar, and other analytics and tracking platforms
- Well-versed in SEO, CRO, and technical optimizations that move the needle
- Comfortable making sense of messy data, finding the story, and helping others act on it
- Equal parts analytical and hands-on - you love uncovering insights and implementing solutions
- Someone with a "no task is too small" attitude - you thrive in startups.
- A clear communicator who brings proactive ideas and solutions to the table
Bonus Points If You
- Have CPG experience
- Have worked with omnichannel brands that sell outside of just DTC
- Are excited about what we’re building and want to grow with us
