About Us
We're a fast-growing grocery brand of authentic Korean sauces and seasonings, serving retail/grocery stores across the USA.
We're bootstrapped and family-owned, but closing our first funding round this fall to accelerate growth significantly.
About the Work
While our Sales & Marketing efforts are ramping up, we don't have the manufacturing capacity to meet the demand we expect.
We're looking for an Operations-focused Fractional General Manager to oversee the growth of our business.
Specifically, you'll:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including production, logistics, supply chain management, and distributors
- Scale our manufacturing capacity by partnering with co-manufacturers
- Ensure efficient production processes and timely delivery of products
- Own our operational budget
- Lead and mentor our small team
About You
You should meet all the following criteria:
- 7+ years in Operations for food CPG brands that sell into retail/grocery
- Significant experience managing co-manufacturer relationships
- In-depth knowledge of CPG supply chain and logistics
