The Work
We have a really strong member community, but no engine to grow our impact. We're looking for a Fractional Executive Director to be the face of our nonprofit, grow our membership, and increase our funding.
Specifically, you'll:

- Grow our memberbase by at least 10% over the next year
- Build referral partnerships with community organizations whose members would benefit from what we do
- Build our fundraising program, raising money from grants, from member donations, and other sources
- Leverage our library of trainings into free content that brings new couples in
- Attend occasional board meetings, which happens on Sunday from 12 - 2pm ET, and occasional training sessions, which happens on Sunday at 7pm ET
- Direct our marketing intern, and report to our volunteer board
About You
You MUST have:
- Been the Executive Director or equivalent for other small nonprofits
- A marketing background. You've grown a membership base or audience through partnerships, content, or paid channels
- Fundraising experience via grants and donations
- A real personal interest in helping couples build stronger relationships. You'll be our public voice on topics like communication, romance, and intimacy
- Have occasional Sunday availability for the meetings mentioned above
- Based in the USA or Canada only
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with member-run nonprofits
- Existing relationships with community and social services organizations (think Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Clubs, Make-A-Wish), and with donors who fund them
- You have current or recent experience in a long-term romantic relationship
