EOS Integrator

Description

We’re seeking a Fractional Integrator with deep experience in EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to help run and scale our mission-driven company, Passive Income MD — a platform empowering physicians to achieve financial freedom through real estate investing, entrepreneurship, and mindset development.

This is a remote, part-time (10–20 hrs/week) role with potential for long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Integrator to the Visionary (CEO), helping translate vision into execution
• Drive the weekly Level 10 meetings and ensure traction on quarterly Rocks
• Maintain accountability across the leadership team and departments
• Collaborate with the CEO on strategic planning, business operations, and project management
• Implement and refine KPIs, scorecards, and systems for increased efficiency
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and ensure priorities are executed on time

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as an EOS Integrator (fractional or full-time)
• Deep understanding of EOS tools and frameworks (L10, V/TO, Rocks, Scorecards, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage multiple projects at once
• Strong communication, operational, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, Zoho, Google Workspace, and Zoom
  

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in the real estate, healthcare, or financial education space
• Worked with content-driven or membership-based businesses

• Part-time (8–12 hrs/week to start)
• 100% Remote
• Hourly rate: Open to proposals based on experience
