Description: They're a small property management firm focused on HOAs and condo associations on the east coast.
Stage and proof points:
- Doing a few million a year in revenue
- Family-owned
The Work Needed
Problem: They adopted EOS to bring discipline to how they operate, but over the past year the system has loosened to the point where it's no longer doing its job.
Specifically, you'll:
- Run the quarterly and annual executive planning sessions, including preparing the company presentations
- Hold weekly or bi-weekly VI check-ins with the CEO to help prioritize and focus
- Serve as a sounding board for the CEO/Visionary on operational matters
About You
You MUST have:
- Significant experience as an EOS Integrator, specifically for SMBs
- Can be based anywhere, but must offer significant overlap with Eastern Time
Nice-to-have:
- Worked in at least one of the following industries in an Operations role:
- HOA or condo association management
- rental property management
- hotels, hospitality, restaurants
