Role Overview
We’re seeking a Fractional Account Executive (AE) with a proven track record in SaaS sales; ideally with experience selling to global Enterprise audiences. This is a consultative sales role focused on qualifying and closing high value opportunities.
As a QueryPal AE, you’ll partner closely with a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will deliver warm, qualified, meetings from inbound and marketing-sourced leads. Your primary responsibility is to run the funnel after discovery calls, deliver tailored product demos, and convert prospects into free trials and paying customers. Our Founders and Product leadership team will support AEs in a Sales Engineer (SE) capacity when technical requirements are more complex.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls to align pain points with QueryPal’s value proposition.
- Deliver compelling product demos that highlight QueryPal’s AI-driven capabilities for Customer Experience and Support teams.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from qualification through close.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer insights and feedback.
- Maintain accurate deal tracking and stage progression in HubSpot CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion targets from demo to trial and from trial to bookings.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably targeting Enterprise or Mid-Market buyers.
- Background selling to Customer Support, CX, or Customer Success leaders (VP/Director-level preferred).
- Strong understanding of AI technology or prior experience selling AI-driven SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently within a small, agile team.
