About Us
We're a marketplace that helps medicare patients find health advocates to help them better navigate the healthcare system and get the care they deserve.
We've raised a Seed round from notable VC funds and some of the top healthcare execs at Oscar, One Medical, Ro, etc.
About the Work
We have no one focused on Operations today that has a deep background in healthcare operations. We're looking for a Fractional Director of Operations to level up all our company ops, but focused on healthcare ops.
Specifically, you'll:
- Own and improve our healthcare operations, including: care delivery, insurance integrations, and revenue cycle optimization
- Manage payer contracting and credentialing, keeping us fully compliant
- Lead provider contracting with health plans
- Oversee Medicare setup and compliance
About You
You MUST have:
- Led Operations for other healthtech startups, like:
- Major clinics
- Telehealth brands
- Healthcare marketplaces
- Significant healthcare operations work. You've dealt with insurance, rev cycle management, credentialing, and everything in between
- Medicare expertise
- If you've not worked with Medicare before, we won't be the right fit
- Based in California (SF or LA ideally), Miami, or NYC only

- You've worked within the care navigation space
