Absolute Martial Arts | Senior Leadership Advisory Role

Absolute Martial Arts is hiring a Fractional Director of Execution & Performance — a senior-level leadership role focused on building systems, strengthening team performance, and preparing the business for expansion.

This is not a full-time management role.

This is not a front-line position.

This is a strategic execution role for an experienced operator who knows how to build structure, accountability, and leadership systems — and train teams to operate at a higher standard.

If you’ve led leaders, built scalable systems, and enjoy coaching teams to perform — this role will feel like home.

🔥 The Opportunity

This role is structured as approximately 20 hours per week, split intentionally between:

→ 10 hours per week working 1:1 with the CEO

Focused on building systems, structure, and execution frameworks to support growth, expansion, and elite member experience.

→ 10 hours per week working directly with the leadership team and staff

Focused on training, leadership development, accountability rhythms, and performance standards.

Your role is to build the machine — then train the people to run it.

🎯 What You’ll Own

Strategic Execution (CEO Partnership)

  • Work directly with the CEO to build scalable operational systems
  • Design SOPs, accountability frameworks, and leadership rhythms
  • Create clarity across roles, responsibilities, and expectations
  • Build systems that support growth, retention, and expansion
  • Establish performance scorecards and KPI tracking

Team Performance & Training

  • Train managers and staff to operate at higher standards
  • Lead structured leadership development sessions
  • Implement accountability and feedback systems
  • Improve customer service consistency and member experience
  • Reinforce culture, standards, and expectations

You are not here to “manage tasks.”

You are here to build leaders and systems.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has previously led managers or department leaders
  • Has built SOPs, accountability systems, and performance structures
  • Is confident giving direct feedback and setting expectations
  • Thinks in systems, not reactions
  • Enjoys coaching and developing people
  • Wants meaningful impact without a 50–60 hour workweek

Martial arts experience is not required.

Operational leadership experience is.

💰 Compensation

This role is for someone who has done this before.

We are not looking to train someone on leadership fundamentals.

We are looking for an experienced operator who can step in, bring clarity, build systems, and elevate an existing team.
