We are a growing, trauma‑informed, neuroscience‑based mental health practice seeking a Fractional Operations Manager to support our next stage of expansion. This role blends operational leadership with mission‑aligned PR and funding development.
You will work directly with the Founder to strengthen systems, support program growth, and build community visibility, all while protecting the heart‑centered culture that defines our practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead high‑level operations and build scalable systems
- Strengthen accountability and support multi‑site readiness
- Oversee program operations (NeuroCodex®, NeuroCoach®, child/parent pathways)
- Develop PR and community visibility strategies
- Build relationships with schools, agencies, and community partners
- Identify grants, funding opportunities, and partnership resources
- Support messaging and public‑facing communication
- Collaborate with the Office Manager and Program Leads to ensure smooth daily flow
Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations leadership (healthcare or service‑based preferred)
- Experience with PR, community outreach, or partnership development
- Familiarity with grants or funding pathways
- Strong systems‑thinking and communication skills
- Emotionally intelligent, warm, and aligned with trauma‑informed
