About Us

Aging is Cool is seeking an experienced Fractional Business Development Director to lead the expansion of our programs in the senior living industry. This role is critical to building strategic partnerships, increasing site volume, and elevating awareness of our brand and mission. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, self-directed, and deeply aligned with our values of engagement, respect, and creative aging.

Time Commitment

  • Approximately 20 hours per month (flexible)
  • This is a contract position, reviewed every 90 days for performance and alignment with company goals.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development by identifying and cultivating corporate-level relationships within senior living organizations
  • Present Aging is Cool’s programs and differentiators in a compelling and tailored way to potential partners
  • Lead outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and contract negotiations with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align messaging, materials, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach and conversion metrics


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record in business development, B2B sales, or strategic growth roles
  • Deep understanding of the senior living or healthcare sector preferred
  • Existing network of contacts within the senior living industry strongly preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and self-management of a sales pipeline
  • Passion for improving the lives of older adults through quality engagement
