The Role
We’re hiring a Fractional Director of Agency Operations to help manage internal operations, projects, and client success. You’ll work directly with the founder and play a key role in keeping our team organized and our clients supported. This is a hybrid Las Vegas–based role with flexible hours and long-term potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management across client accounts
- Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and light accounting (QuickBooks)
- Maintain client communication and service support
- Track budgets, hours, and vendor deliverables
- Improve internal workflows and reporting
- Use Asana and Slack to manage day-to-day coordination
- Collaborate closely with the founder on priorities and growth
What We’re Looking For
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- QuickBooks experience (or similar tools)
- Comfortable communicating with clients and managing timelines
- Familiar with agency tools like Asana and Slack
- Based in or near Las Vegas for occasional in-person meetings
Bonus If You Have:
- Agency or marketing experience
- Familiarity with paid media campaigns
- Interest in growing with a lean, fast-paced team
