In Search of a Fractional Digital Marketing & Communications Partner
- 90-Day Contract
- Approximately 10–15 Hours per Week
- Remote (applicants from anywhere in the United States are welcome)
The Culture of Thank You (COTY) is seeking an experienced, creative, and mission-driven Digital Marketing & Communications Partner to help expand awareness of an educational movement that inspires gratitude, kindness, and meaningful human connection among children.
This is not a traditional marketing position. It is an opportunity to work directly with the founder to shape the voice, stories, and digital presence of a growing national initiative and to help build a movement that equips children, families, educators, counselors, therapists, and communities to cultivate gratitude as a lifelong habit.
If you believe that marketing can be used to make a genuine difference in people's lives and you'd like to help build a movement rooted in gratitude, kindness, and human connection, then this opportunity may be exactly what you're looking for!
About The Culture of Thank You
The Culture of Thank You (COTY) is a comprehensive three-part program that helps children ages 4 to 9 develop habits of gratitude through hands-on activities, meaningful conversations, and writing heartfelt thank-you notes to the people who make a difference in their lives.
The vision is simple: to help create a culture where gratitude becomes a daily practice that strengthens families, schools, and communities.
The Culture of Thank You is entering an exciting season of growth. This is an opportunity to work directly with the founder to build the digital foundation that will support the growth of presentations, workshops, partnerships, community outreach, donor engagement, and national awareness.
