About Us
We're a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) firm for customer service departments. Companies hire us to outsource their customer service, technical support, and contact / call center needs.
We have 250 team members and 100+ clients. We're globally distributed, with 50% of our clients in the USA, and 40% in the EU.
About the Work
Our current marketing activities have mixed success generating qualified leads for us. We're looking for a Fractional Demand Generation Lead to own our marketing funnel.
Specifically, you'll:
- Act as the strategic mastermind behind all of our marketing activities, generating MQLs for our Sales team. Our current activities include:
- PPC ads (mostly Linkedin)
- SEO
- A B2B podcast for the customer service industry
- Cold outbound on Linkedin and email
- referral network
- ... and more
- Develop, execute, and analyze around 1 new marketing campaign a month
- It could be more of what we're already doing or net new experiments
- Provide regular performance reports
- Own our brand & content strategy, including our B2B podcast
- Help us improve our cold outbound strategy
- Be the most senior marketer on the team, working with another marketing manager and reporting to the CEO
About You
You should meet all the following criteria:
- 6+ years B2B Marketing experience, with a focus on demand gen and brand positioning
- You've implemented marketing strategies for other BPO firms, ideally in the customer service / technical support / call center space
- If you've not done marketing for BPO firms, this won't be a fit
- Comfortable with paid media, content marketing, SEO, etc.
Nice-to-haves:
- Hubspot CRM experience
- Prior cold outbound emailing experience
- Based in the USA
