We're a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) firm for customer service departments. Companies hire us to outsource their customer service, technical support, and contact / call center needs.

We have 250 team members and 100+ clients. We're globally distributed, with 50% of our clients in the USA, and 40% in the EU.

About the Work

Our current marketing activities have mixed success generating qualified leads for us. We're looking for a Fractional Demand Generation Lead to own our marketing funnel.

Specifically, you'll:

• Act as the strategic mastermind behind all of our marketing activities, generating MQLs for our Sales team. Our current activities include:
  • PPC ads (mostly Linkedin)
  • SEO
  • A B2B podcast for the customer service industry
  • Cold outbound on Linkedin and email
  • referral network
  • ... and more
• Develop, execute, and analyze around 1 new marketing campaign a month
  • It could be more of what we're already doing or net new experiments
  • Provide regular performance reports
• Own our brand & content strategy, including our B2B podcast
• Help us improve our cold outbound strategy
• Be the most senior marketer on the team, working with another marketing manager and reporting to the CEO

About You

You should meet all the following criteria:

• 6+ years B2B Marketing experience, with a focus on demand gen and brand positioning
• You've implemented marketing strategies for other BPO firms, ideally in the customer service / technical support / call center space
  • If you've not done marketing for BPO firms, this won't be a fit
• Comfortable with paid media, content marketing, SEO, etc.

Nice-to-haves:

• Hubspot CRM experience
• Prior cold outbound emailing experience
• Based in the USA
