Context
We're working with a company in healthcare that helps people through outpatient recovery.
The immediate goal is to build a set of predictive models around patient engagement, churn, and retention. You'd work directly with the person leading this initiative and collaborate closely with two in-house data analytics engineers.
About You
Roughly in order of importance:
- You have experience building churn, retention, and/or onboarding models and user journeys
- You are comfortable with statistics and with tree-based models, not just linear regression
- You have experience with Snowflake, dbt and SQL
- You are comfortable using AI tools (Claude)
- You have 6+ years of experience
