Chief Operations Officer

Newton Global operates across complex industrial sectors to produce a simple, streamlined products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights and maintain operations across 4 divisions.

Responsibilities

• Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
• Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
• Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
• Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research
• Reduce complexity, increase efficiency, and assist in building operating practices in line with our Ethos.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading diverse operational teams
• Strategic planning and business development experience
• Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Skills in reducing complexity
• International or government work experience, either in an advisory, operations, or consulting role.

Ideal candidates have experience in military logistics OR supply chain operations. Salary and starting equity.
