About Us
We build AI agents that help fintechs and financial services companies detect, analyze, and document regulatory and financial risk issues. Our product reviews data and flags potential compliance problems, providing root cause analysis and clear documentation for our customers.
We're Seed-stage funded, and are launching with 3+ design partners (beta customers) in the next 2 months.
About the Work
We need compliance and risk expertise NOT for our own business, but to help us audit and improve the work our AI agents are doing. We're looking for a Fractional Compliance and/or Risk Expert to partner with our Product / Engineering team to help us build a better product.
Specifically, you'll:
- Review outputs from our AI agents and identify where compliance and risk analysis is correct or incorrect
- Audit AI performance specifically against CFPB-enforced consumer lending regulations (TILA, FCRA, ECOA, etc.)
- Help us understand where our AI is making consistent mistakes, and work with the product team to improve
- Help us build a structure to evaluate the AI's output at scale
- Act as a second line of review for outputs from external human evaluators
About You
You MUST have:
- Held compliance and/or risk roles at fintech or financial services companies
- Deep knowledge of federal U.S. consumer lending regulations
- Based in the USA only

- Early-stage startup experience
