About Us
We help companies get real-time visibility into workforce performance by gathering peer assessments of individual contributions. Our platform provides system-level intelligence for executives, including financial performance insights, flight risk assessments, and real-time feedback for employees.
We are currently in active alpha testing with early customers and are bootstrapped, approaching our first revenue.
About the Work
We're looking for a Fractional CTO who can provide hands-on technical leadership, accelerate our engineering team's output, and help us push into more experimental territory.
Specifically, you'll:
- Provide day-to-day oversight and support for a team of three engineers (US-based)
- Drive faster execution on our core product roadmap by improving internal processes & tooling, and removing bottlenecks
- Prototype and prove out new product concepts, particularly around AI-driven personalization, agent coordination, and third-party integrations
- This will require you to be hands-on coding
- Make improvements to our build and deployment processes
- Advise on LLM integration strategy, including a future path toward model fine-tuning
- Collaborate closely with the founder / CEO
Tech stack:
- React
- Node.js & Python
- DynamoDB, Neptune (graph DB), InfluxDB (time series)
- AWS
About You
You MUST have:
- Been a CTO or equivalent for other early-stage tech startups
- Experience building personalization features, particularly via LLM integrations
- Significant prototyping experience, and are excited to be hands-on coding new experiments with us. You must be comfortable with our stack above.
- Experience working with graph-based data models
- Recent side projects you can point to - this is important to us
- Based in the USA only
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience building products where network graphs are central to how the product works (e.g. social networks, fraud detection, etc.)
- Experience with agent orchestration and multi-agent system design
