About Us
We're a B2B SaaS startup building AI-powered productivity tools for Investor Relations teams at public companies, helping them prepare for and execute earnings calls more effectively.
We're currently bootstrapped and led by a 3x founder with a track record in the capital markets space.
About the Work
While we work with an offshore engineering team to build our MVP, we want to bring in senior guidance to ensure quality and speed. We're looking for a Fractional CTO to oversee that team, level them up, and hold them accountable.
Specifically, you'll:
- Oversee the engineering team, based in Pakistan
- Run regular architecture reviews with the team
- Hold them accountable to timelines and deliverables
- Review critical PRs and provide feedback
- Meet with the lead engineer to provide guidance and mentorship
- Ensure we're leveraging the latest AI tooling to ship code with speed and quality
- Advise on enterprise-grade security, data, and compliance best practices
- Work most closely with our founder as a technical thought partner
Tech stack:
- TBD, the project is still getting started
About You
You MUST have:
- Managed engineering teams for other high-growth tech companies
- Built products that sell into the enterprise, with hands-on experience handling confidential data, infosec, SOC 2, and data segregation
- Managed offshore dev teams and understand the nuances of how to do that successfully
- Recent hands-on experience in codebases, reviewing and critiquing architecture, providing code reviews, and other technical guidance
- High comfort with the latest AI tooling, and have overseen teams adopting these tools to move faster
- Can be based anywhere in the world, but must have a career working for US-based tech companies

- B2B fintech experience
- Leveraged LLM integrations in B2B workflow tools
