Who We’re Looking For
We're seeking a dynamic Fractional CRO with deep executive relationships (CEO, CFO, COO, VP Revenue Cycle) within healthcare providers and systems. You thrive at the intersection of strategic sales leadership, startup culture, and healthcare innovation. You enjoy leveraging your executive network to open doors and accelerate growth for game-changing technology solutions.
Ideal Experience
- Extensive background selling directly to C-suite executives and Revenue Cycle leaders in healthcare organizations (hospitals, health systems, large provider groups).
- Proven track record of revenue growth, strategic deal-making, and relationship-driven sales leadership in healthcare SaaS, tech-enabled services, or RCM solutions.
- Passionate about healthcare innovation, startups, and using cutting-edge AI technology to fundamentally improve RCM processes.
- Comfortable operating in an agile, fast-moving startup environment—excited about having a meaningful impact and equity upside.
What You'll Do
- Leverage your existing executive network to accelerate our market entry and scale revenue opportunities.
- Provide strategic guidance and direct support in sales processes, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Partner closely with our founders and product teams to refine positioning and sales messaging specifically tailored to healthcare decision-makers.
- Actively engage in strategic sales conversations and negotiations with senior healthcare executives.
