About This Role:
At TROMOX, we operate at the intersection of avant-garde design and independent core R&D. Guided by our "Design Forward. User Driven" philosophy, we are preparing for the strategic, quiet deployment of our next-generation premium electric off-road platform in the United States. Engineered with true heavyweight dirt bike chassis architecture, our upcoming flagship is built to bridge the gap between heavy, overpriced EV machines and underpowered tech toys.

We are now seeking a high-caliber, fractional Channel Development Consultant to leverage deep industry credibility and crack open premium networks across California.
​
What We Look For (OEM / Big 4 Experience Preferred):
- The Veteran: You are a retired or fractional Powersports executive, Factory Manager, or District Sales Manager (DSM) with a proven track record at major motorcycle OEMs (The Big 4, KTM, or top-tier US distributors).
- The Rolodex: You don’t just have a list of contacts; you have lifelong, first-name relationships with Dealer Principals at key multi-line dealerships and owners of premier riding parks/off-road clubs across the Southwest.
- The Track-side Credibility: You live and breathe off-road culture. You understand that in this industry, sustainable dealer networks are built on the track and in the showroom, not over a PowerPoint presentation.

Core Responsibilities (Field Operations):
- Strategic Door-Opening: Initiate high-level executive introductions to targeted multi-line dealerships and elite off-road riding clubs to seed our next-gen e-Moto vision.
- Local Demo Leadership: When a pilot site is activated, manage regional track-side demo and product feedback sessions with local influencers and key dealer accounts on their own turf.
- Commercial Advisory: Guide our global executive team on US dealer margin structures, floor-moving incentives, co-op marketing expectations, and local dealer agreement nuances to pave the way for an aggressive sell-through velocity.
