Altfest Personal Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to help drive the firm’s revenue engine. This role is designed for a senior commercial leader with deep experience in professional services or wealth management who can work closely with leadership and our sales team to refine our growth strategy, improve conversion and client acquisition processes, and ensure our business development efforts are scalable and repeatable—while remaining fully aligned with our fiduciary values and client-first culture.

Revenue Strategy & Leadership

  • Partner with firm leadership to define and execute a cohesive revenue growth strategy aligned with long-term vision.
  • Establish clear revenue goals, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership on organic growth initiatives.

Business Development & Sales Process Optimization

  • Evaluate and refine the end-to-end prospect journey to improve conversion rates and client experience.
  • Standardize and document business development processes.
  • Improve visibility into pipeline activity, outcomes, and advisor performance.

Marketing & Lead Generation Alignment

  • Align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.
  • Assess effectiveness of current lead sources and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all client-facing touchpoints.

Enablement & Performance

  • Define best practices for prospect engagement and follow-up.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to improve sales effectiveness.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards to track revenue performance and pipeline health.
  • Identify trends and bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of senior revenue or growth leadership experience.
  • Experience within wealth management, financial advisory, or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of fiduciary advisory models.
  • Strategic, pragmatic, and comfortable operating fractionally.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder influence

Compensation:

Monthly retainer starting at $5,000
