About Us
We're building a specialized AI that tracks everything from your biometrics to your meals to your lab results, and feeds an engine that predicts and improves your health and wellness. The primary interface is a mobile app that acts as your proactive health companion.
We recently raised an $8.5MM pre-seed round, and our founding team includes leaders from DeepMind, Instagram, and more.
About the Work
Our founder is spread thin across recruiting, fundraising, Product, R&D, and more. We're looking for a Fractional COO to act as the right hand, across a wide range of initiatives.
Specifically, you'll:
- Own HR Operations, including:
- Compliance for offshore employees
- Onboarding new employees
- Handling benefits
- Act as an interface with our growing list of external vendors
- Drive company projects forward, and on time
- Depending on skillset...
- Own various finance responsibilities
- Help develop our GTM strategy
- Own many other things that pop up that we can't even think of today but will be huge problems for us tomorrow
About You
You MUST have:
- Held COO, Head of, Chief of Staff roles at other early-stage tech startups, supporting a founder/CEO directly
- Significant, early-stage consumer mobile experience
- you've been part of consumer apps that have seen meaningful success
- A broad, generalist skillset across Operations, HR, Project Management, Finance, and/or GTM, paired with a get-it-done attitude
- You're a hands-on COO. This is not a managerial role. You won't be managing others. You're senior and can execute.
- You can be based anywhere but comfortable working PST hours
Nice-to-haves:
- Strong interest in health & wellness and health tracking. Think: Huberman, Brian Johnson, Peter Attia, etc.
- Based in LA or SF
