- Across 100+ markets in the USA
The Work Needed
Problem: The CEO is stretched too thin to stay on top of everything happening across the high growth org, and needs a trusted right hand to extend their reach.
Specifically, you'll:
- Track the key priorities across the different business units
- Sit in on meetings the CEO can't attend, and exercise judgment on his behalf
- Run data analyses across the business that informs the CEO's decisions
- Automate and streamline our processes using AI, other software tooling, and better SOPs
- Run research for the CEO that monitors industry trends, competitors, potential acquisition targets, and legislative developments
About You
You MUST have:
- Been a Chief of Staff or similar Operations leadership roles
- Experience with at least one of the below two types of consumer business models:
- Referral-based business - where revenue is generated by referring the customer to another business
- High touch, consultative sales - where a rep walks a customer through a complex purchasing decision
- A strong data analytics skillset - comfortable using BI tools to analyze and interpret data
- Helped business automate processes through better use of AI and other software tools
- Can be based anywhere but must be able to work USA time zone hours
Nice-to-haves:
- Regulatory and public policy experience
- Significant experience in senior care or an adjacent field, including:
- healthcare
- pharma
- medical equipment sales
- financial services for seniors
