What You'll Lead

Strategic Growth Leadership

  • Formulate and execute robust growth strategies targeting both hosts and renters
  • Pioneer innovative direct-to-consumer acquisition techniques and channel partnerships
  • Shape broader business strategy in collaboration with senior leadership

Team & Channel Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a dynamic growth team to achieve ambitious goals
  • Optimize direct-to-consumer channels while exploring strategic partnerships
  • Create scalable processes and measurement framework
  • Oversee growth budget with focus on maximum ROI

Full-Funnel Growth

  • Drive user acquisition and retention strategies that increase lifetime value
  • Expand beyond Meta to Google, Bing, SEO, content marketing, and email
  • Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and sales teams
  • Harness analytics to identify growth opportunities and measure success

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 7+ years growth or strategic marketing roles with significant startup/high-growth company experience
  • Proven track record scaling companies from early to mature stage, preferably through seed/Series A/B phases
  • Marketplace/PropTech expertise - homesharing, rentals, real estate, or related tech industry
  • Canadian market expertise and deep understanding of housing landscape
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience building high-performance teams
