About Elevated

Elevated is a newly launched telehealth startup focused on medical weight loss and wellness. We offer compounded GLP-1s (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide) alongside advanced tools like NAD+ and Methylene Blue — think Hims or Ro, but design-forward, clinically serious, and built for speed.

We just raised a seed round and are now laying the foundation for scalable growth. We’re early — think pre-revenue to just crossing first revenue milestones — so this is a chance to shape the brand and growth engine from the ground up.

The Role: Fractional CMO

We’re looking for a strategic operator who can own and build out our affiliate marketing, email/SMS nurture, and help steer our paid acquisition efforts in collaboration with agencies.

You’ll work directly with the founders to develop a lean, high-leverage growth system — with a strong bias toward performance and fast iteration.

What You’ll Own

  1. Affiliate & Influencer Growth (Primary Focus)
    • Build, own, and scale our affiliate program
    • Source, recruit, and manage high-performing creators and partners
    • Develop commission structures and creative enablement
    • Partner with our agency (or recommend better ones)
  2. Paid Ads Oversight
    • Collaborate with Meta/Google agency on creative strategy & performance
    • Help evaluate landing pages, messaging, funnel steps
    • Identify winning angles and push agency for tests that move the needle
  3. Lifecycle & Lead Nurture
    • Own all lead nurture flows via email and SMS
    • Optimize sequences for conversion, reactivation, and retention
    • Align tone with our brand — clinical yet vibrant, premium yet approachable
  4. Growth Analytics & Strategy
    • Track CAC, LTV, and conversion benchmarks
    • Identify key levers and quick wins
    • Help shape new offer structures and positioning

Ideal Background

• You’ve built or scaled affiliate programs before — ideally for DTC or telehealth
• You’re fluent in lifecycle marketing — you know how to build nurture flows that convert
• You’ve worked closely with or led paid growth teams/agencies
• You’re scrappy, strategic, and excited about building from near zero

Bonus Points

• Experience in GLP-1s, health tech, or consumer health
• Ability to bring creative partners, affiliates, or agency recommendations
• You’ve worked with seed-stage startups and understand the mindset
