Clients include 2U, Siemens, and more. We've raised almost $10MM in funding so far.

About the Work

After just closing our first priced round, we want to get more serious about our financial strategy. We're looking for a Fractional CFO to help us grow quickly, but responsibly.

Specifically, you'll:

• Build the financial models to help us with things like:
  
  • Connect our sales funnel performance (SQLs, booked, converted, etc.) to revenue outcomes
  • Headcount planning
  • Use our usage data to forecast future usage
  • Other modeling and scenario planning needs
• Oversee cash flow and runway planning
• Prep board meeting materials
• Manage an outsourced accounting firm and outsourced AR firm
• Advise on our SaaS + usage-based pricing model, minimum commitments, and gross margin optimization
• Act as a day-to-day thought partner to our CEO

About You

You MUST have:

• Been a CFO, VP, or Head of Finance for other early-stage B2B SaaS startups
• Taken companies from Seed stage through Series B+, with heavy involvement in those funding rounds
• Experience with a Sales-led growth business model, working directly with Sales teams, and a deep understanding of SaaS metrics
• Strong financial modeling experience, you can build models yourself for ad-hoc needs from scratch
• Based in the USA only
