About Us
We build AI agents that call, qualify, and convert leads for companies with high-volume sales needs. Our platform acts like an SDR, working with warm inbound leads to qualify and then get them on a meeting with our clients.
Clients include 2U, Siemens, and more. We've raised almost $10MM in funding so far.
About the Work
After just closing our first priced round, we want to get more serious about our financial strategy. We're looking for a Fractional CFO to help us grow quickly, but responsibly.
Specifically, you'll:
- Build the financial models to help us with things like:
- Connect our sales funnel performance (SQLs, booked, converted, etc.) to revenue outcomes
- Headcount planning
- Use our usage data to forecast future usage
- Other modeling and scenario planning needs
- Oversee cash flow and runway planning
- Prep board meeting materials
- Manage an outsourced accounting firm and outsourced AR firm
- Advise on our SaaS + usage-based pricing model, minimum commitments, and gross margin optimization
- Act as a day-to-day thought partner to our CEO
About You
You MUST have:
- Been a CFO, VP, or Head of Finance for other early-stage B2B SaaS startups
- Taken companies from Seed stage through Series B+, with heavy involvement in those funding rounds
- Experience with a Sales-led growth business model, working directly with Sales teams, and a deep understanding of SaaS metrics
- Strong financial modeling experience, you can build models yourself for ad-hoc needs from scratch
- Based in the USA only
