We are a growing, $14M+ multi-entity, mulit-lcoation group spanning Retail, Real Estate, and Manufacturing. We don't just need a "bookkeeper"; we need a financial architect and a Profit Hunter. You will report directly to the Owner as a strategic partner across multiple legal entities. Your mission is to maintain a "bulletproof" set of books while providing the financial intelligence necessary to scale. You are the person who sees the story behind the numbers—identifying where we are leaking cash, where our margins are thinning, and where our next acquisition opportunity lies.

Core Responsibilities
- Financial Integrity & "The Ground Game"
Precision is the baseline. You will ensure the foundation is unshakable:- Multi-Entity Mastery: Maintain flawless books across all legal entities, managing intercompany transfers and cost-center allocation.
- The "Deep Dive": Audit invoices and expenses with a hawk-eye to ensure accuracy, eliminate waste, and maintain tight margin control.
- Compliance & Tax: Manage multi-state sales tax filings and payroll compliance with zero-defect execution.
- Inventory Sovereignty: Reconcile physical audits against our ERP Systems to ensure data is 100% accurate.
- Strategic Advisory & The "Profit Hunt"
You aren't just reporting on the past; you are aggressively hunting for efficiency:- Leakage Eradication: Actively identify and plug cash leaks in operational costs, including cell phone plans, insurance policies, and vendor contracts.
- Cash Flow Optimization: Provide aggressive forecasting and management strategies to fuel our expansion.
- Risk & Vendor Management: Proactively shop insurance plans (GL, Health, Workers Comp) and renegotiate vendor contracts to protect the bottom line.
- Acquisition Support: Assist in due diligence for new business units, creating the "Financial Playbook" to integrate them seamlessly.
- Systems Evolution
We value efficiency and new technology over "the way it’s always been done":- Automation: Lead the transition from paper-heavy processes to streamlined digital workflows (e.g., migrating to ACH within NetSuite).
- Tech Stack Leadership: Act as a power-user across the financial aspects of NetSuite, Storis, and QuickBooks.

- Credentials: CPA preferred or Masters Degree in Accounting
