We generate $25 million revenue, have 2,500 paying providers.
About the Work
We're launching a new instant booking product into our marketplace and need to partner with major aesthetic service providers for a successful launch. We're looking for a Fractional BD Lead to secure launch partners and build the playbook for our sales strategy.
Specifically, you'll:
- Lead outreach to large med spa chains and other aesthetic service providers
- Build and prioritize the target list
- Refine our sales pitch
- Help us think through what each partnership should look like
- The right pricing strategy
- The right value-add for our partners
- Secure 5+ launch partners in our target market this quarter
- Help us hire the right full-time BD resource to carry the torch post-launch
- Help the Product & Engineering team refine the new product offering
- Work most closely with the Head of Sales, VP Ops, and CFO
About You
You MUST have:
- Led BD/partnerships efforts selling to multi-location provider chains (not SMB one-offs), owning outreach through signed agreement
- Built partner / pitch materials that have closed large deals
- Worked directly with medical aesthetics or adjacent wellness provider ecosystems, including:
- med spa chains
- large plastic surgery practices, aesthetic dermatology practices, or cosmetic dentistry
- fitness chains
- beauty/wellness provider chains
- beauty/wellness booking platforms
- You can be based anywhere in the USA or Canada, but must offer significant overlap with EST hours
