We are seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join our elite team, driving growth through strategic client relationships and high-impact sales.

Position Overview

As a Fractional Account Executive (AE), you will represent our premium firm by creating and nurturing client relationships. Leveraging your deep expertise in digital marketing, you will guide clients towards solutions that will help grow their businesses. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional seeking a role in a client-centric environment where they will warmly welcome prospects, close deals and provide first-class support to our treasured clients.

This is a role where you will spend all of your time closing deals and preparing for the prospect meetings. One deal closed per week will equal $6K per month.

How You'll Work

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Secure new business opportunities by showcasing our deep expertise and client service commitment
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) to manage pipelines, track performance, and forecast sales
  • Collaborate with our SDR to continually refine our sales process and improve conversion rates

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in digital advertising, web design, or performance marketing, with a proven track record of onboarding new clients
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills with a client-centric approach and ability to represent our luxury agency
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing, including creative strategy and data-driven campaign optimization
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and adept at working independently
