Workday Solutions Architect (Fractional Advisor)
Location: Remote
Commitment: Fractional / Advisory (On-demand based on deal flow, ~10 hrs/wk)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Workday Solutions Architect to serve in a fractional advisory capacity. In this role, you will provide expert technical and functional guidance during active deal cycles and pre-sales discussions. You will act as a strategic bridge between complex business requirements and Workday's technical architecture, ensuring our solutions are both scalable and high-impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Solutioning: Advise on the design and scoping of Workday implementations during the pre-sales phase.
• Technical Advisory: Provide "hands-on" insights into configuration, build feasibility, and system architecture.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate high-level business conversations with senior executives and stakeholders to align Workday capabilities with corporate objectives.
• Architectural Oversight: Review and validate solution designs to ensure best practices across the Workday ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Deep Platform Expertise: Extensive, hands-on experience with Workday configuration and end-to-end implementation.
• Architectural Vision: Proven ability to design complex ecosystem integrations and global solution architectures.
• Pre-Sales Fluency: Comfortable navigating the nuances of the sales cycle, from initial discovery to final solutioning.
• Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical complexities into strategic business value for C-suite audiences.
