About Us

We're a growing cybersecurity services firm that serves primarily enterprise customers in LatAm. Our services cover offensive security, defensive security, and DevSecOps.

We're generating about $10MM yearly revenue, with an average deal size of $200K / yr. Our goal is to grow that significantly by expanding more into the USA market.

About the Work

Our current sales team, led by our CEO, has allowed us to serve the LatAm market but we're lacking the sophistication required to properly expand in the USA. We're looking for a Fractional VP Sales to reset and own our E2E sales process, up-level our sales team and leading us towards growth.

Specifically, you'll:

  • Conduct an E2E overhaul of our entire sales process from lead gen through closing, starting only with the DevSecOps line of business
  • Coach a team of salespeople, and help us hire new ones focused on the USA market
    • We have 7 salespeople total, but only 1 focused on DevSecOps currently
  • Participate in, and lead sales calls, and/or listen to recordings to provide feedback
  • As we have success overhauling our DevSecOps business line, we'll seek to replicate it for our other lines
  • Work closely with our CEO and other business line leaders, as well as our Marketing team

At 10 hrs / week, we're looking for a total compensation target of $8K - $10K / mo with a % of that via commission. However, there's potential for the role to expand, even into a full-time role if desired.

About You

You should meed all the following criteria:

  • You've led Sales teams for other IT services firms, including:
    • Cybersecurity
    • Cloud services
    • Dev shops
    • Managed IT
  • Experience selling to Mid-market and Enterprise customers in the USA
  • Prior sales coaching experience to up-level existing teams

Some nice-to-haves:

  • Cybersec experience
  • Have sold into LatAm markets before
  • Can speak spanish
