Position Summary
The Vice President, Sales – Agentic AI Sales Enablement is a senior, client-facing role for a proven revenue leader with a strong executive network across Chief Revenue Officers, VPs of Sales, Revenue Operations leaders, and Commercial Executives.
You will also be instrumental in bringing A79.ai into new territories, industries, and regions outside traditional technology centers in US with rolodex in your regions to sales organizations which are ready to modernize with AI.
This role focuses on opening doors, shaping strategic sales conversations, and driving adoption of A79.ai’s platform across sales, revenue operations, and commercial organizations. You will leverage your relationships, market expertise, and proven track record to accelerate revenue growth, influence strategic deals, and guide clients in transforming their enablement, training, and deal-closing capabilities through AI.
You will work closely with A79.ai’s product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure our sales messaging, enablement programs, and success stories directly align with how sales, revenue operations, and commercial leaders buy and deploy technology.
Given part-time role, the compensation is majority commission driven, designed for sales & industry veterans.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Relationship Development: Use your network of CROs, VPs of Sales, Revenue Operations, and Commercial leaders to open strategic opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
Sales Enablement Strategy:Collaborate with client leadership to design and implement AI-driven enablement programs that improve sales productivity, onboarding speed, and win rates.
Executive-Level Selling: Lead high-impact conversations with C-suite decision-makers, articulating the business value of AI in improving performance across sales, revenue operations, and commercial teams.
Go-to-Market Alignment: Partner with internal teams to develop sales playbooks, ROI models, and case studies tailored to enterprise sales and commercial leadership.
Pipeline Acceleration: Equip client teams with AI-powered tools, insights, and workflows that drive faster prospect engagement and deal progression.
Thought Leadership & Market Presence: Represent A79.ai at leadership events, industry conferences, and executive briefings to expand brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise sales leadership, sales enablement, revenue operations, or commercial strategy, with at least 5 years selling complex technology solutions.
- Proven ability to sell to and influence the C-suite, particularly CROs, VPs of Sales, Revenue Operations, and Commercial Leaders.
- Extensive executive network with a history of turning relationships into revenue.
- Strong understanding of sales enablement and revenue operations best practices, from onboarding to continuous learning to deal acceleration.
- Experience with AI, sales automation, or analytics platforms preferred.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Track record of leading high-value enterprise deals from prospecting to close.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements and market events.
