Role Description

beckert is seeking a Fractional VP of Strategic Partnerships to identify, develop, and scale high-impact partnership channels that drive qualified revenue opportunities. This remote, contract-based role focuses on leveraging existing agency, startup, and brand-side relationships to introduce beckert’s short-form video and paid media services to companies in need of growth-focused creative solutions.

The ideal candidate brings prior agency experience, a strong network of decision-makers, and a proven ability to structure partnerships that create long-term, mutually beneficial revenue streams. This role works closely with leadership to shape partnership strategy, refine positioning, and turn warm introductions into scalable growth.

Qualifications

Strategic Partnerships & Alliances:

Proven experience building and managing partnerships with agencies, startups, and growth-stage brands that require creative, paid media, or performance marketing services.

Agency Experience:

Prior experience at a creative, performance, or digital agency with a strong understanding of service-based revenue models, scopes, and client decision cycles.

Relationship-Driven Growth:

Established network of founders, CMOs, marketing leaders, and agency partners, with the ability to convert relationships into qualified opportunities.

Business Development & Deal Structuring:

Skilled in structuring partnership agreements, referral models, and strategic alliances that align incentives and drive recurring revenue.

Strategic Positioning:

Ability to clearly articulate beckert’s value proposition and align solutions to partner and client needs in a competitive services landscape.

Performance Orientation:

Track record of contributing to pipeline growth, revenue targets, and long-term partnership value.

Remote, Fractional Leadership:

Comfortable operating independently in a fractional capacity while collaborating closely with leadership and delivery teams.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with short-form video advertising, performance marketing, paid social ecosystems, and creative-led growth strategies.
