Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Vice President of Finance. The VP of Finance will lead financial planning and strategy, oversee the preparation and management of financial statements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include providing financial insights to guide business decisions, analyzing data to identify opportunities, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders. The role will also play a key part in driving operational efficiencies and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and managing budgets to ensure sustainable business growth.
• Strong expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting with precision and accuracy.
• Advanced Finance knowledge, combined with exceptional Analytical Skills to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Strong leadership and strategic decision-making capabilities in financial management.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS business models, government procurement, or GovTech industry is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
