What you'll be working on

• Setting the technical vision and strategy for the website redesign
• Leading cross-functional teams through the Define, Design, and Development phases
• Managing the development team in India to build out the new website
• Implementing Optimizely on the new website for A/B testing

Responsibilities

• Defining technical requirements and scope for each phase
• Architecting and designing the technical solution for the new website
• Ensuring quality and compliance throughout the development lifecycle
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables
• Overseeing the development team and tracking progress

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and projects
• Expertise in .NET development and Optimizely implementation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage distributed teams across locations
• Passion for new technologies and digital experiences
