Description: We're automating the work investment banking analysts do by hand to put decks and presentations together.

- Multiple enterprise customers with contracts ranging from $30K - $100K+
About the Work
Problem: Our founder wants to focus on Sales instead of overseeing Engineering.
Specifically, you'll:
- Oversee our one engineer
- Provide architecture review and guidance
- Improve our QA process
- Run the recruiting process to hire at least one more full-time engineer (likely offshore)
- Manage the cost of running our AI products and recommend improvements
- Be hands-on in the codebase as needed
Tech stack:
- React
- Python
- Azure
- Various LLMs
About You
You MUST have:
- Led a small engineering team as a tech lead or equivalent for other early-stage tech startups
- Significant B2B SaaS experience, building products for large enterprises
- Plenty of experience integrating LLMs into production apps
- Hired engineers, particularly offshore
- Still highly hands-on, and comfortable coding in our tech stack
- Based in the USA / Canada only, and willing to offer overlap with ET time zone
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiar with investment banking workflows, particularly analysts
- Product management experience
