The Company
Description: We're building infrastructure for high-stakes digital actions, especially in AI enabled software. The product helps teams control whether sensitive actions are still authorized at the point they are carried out, and creates reliable evidence of what occurred.
Stage & proof points:
- Just getting started and looking to secure design partners soon
- Privately funded
The Work Needed
Problem: We have a demo built, but as we start pitching and building with design partners, we want a seasoned expert to guide our strategy and build
Specifically, you'll:
- Take a broad view of the problem and evaluate implementation paths for runtime enforcement, including SDK, embedded service, guarded adapter, protected webhook, etc.
- Translate our formal spec into a working implementation plan
- Build the MVP we take to design partners
- Design how the product integrates into partners' systems
- Work most closely with the founder on product, technical feasibility, and integrating design partner feedback
About You
You MUST have:
- Been an architect or other similar senior-level engineer for other tech companies
- A background in areas like security infrastructure, identity and access management, policy engines, API gateways, workflow/orchestration platforms, fintech infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, AI agent infrastructure
- Deep back-end and runtime systems experience
- Hands-on experience with authorization, permissioning, policy enforcement, credentials, workflow execution, API infrastructure, or adjacent control-plane systems
- A highly hands-on coding skillset - you will be building the MVP yourself
- Comfort working directly with a founder in an early, ambiguous, high-agency environment
How to Get in Touch
Hit that "Request Intro" button below. Include any relevant links so we can get to know you better.
Your brief intro note should clearly address:
- The systems you owned architecture design for, including what the system was responsible for
- Your experience with runtime authorization, policy enforcement, permissioning, credentials, auditability, or control-plane infrastructure
- Any experience integrating early software with design partners or otherwise building MVPs for early customers
If we think there's a fit, we'll reach out to schedule an intro call. Looking forward!
