Who You Are

You're a relationship builder with deep roots in the construction industry. You know the people who influence contractors' businesses, bonding agents, construction CPAs, attorneys, and bankers and you've built trusted relationships throughout your career.

You likely have:

  • Experience in surety, construction banking, or a construction-focused CPA firm
  • A strong network within the construction industry
  • An understanding of the challenges contractors face, including financial reporting and WIP schedules
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • A desire for flexible, meaningful work that fits your lifestyle

If you're energized by building trusted partnerships and making valuable introductions, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

  • Build and develop relationships with construction-focused sureties, CPAs, lenders, and other referral partners
  • Represent LLŪM at CFMA and other construction industry events throughout Southern California
  • Turn trusted relationships into warm introductions for our founder to close
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with referral partners to keep relationships active and engaged

  • LinkedIn spam
  • Chasing activity quotas

The Details

  • Part-time (10–20 hours per week)
  • Remote (Southern California preferred)
  • 1099 contractor position
  • Performance bonus for every client landed
  • 90-day trial period.
  • The one metric we track: qualified introductions per month.
