About The Job
We’re looking for a senior-level contractor who can both lead conversion optimization strategy and directly implement front-end improvements in WordPress.
About The Role
- ~20 hours/month, ongoing
- Focus on improving conversions on landing pages, checkout flows, and UX
- Analyze heatmaps, scroll depth, and analytics to identify conversion barriers
- Plan and run A/B tests
- Build/modify WordPress front-end (landing pages, CTAs, flows)
Must Have
- CRO experience (heatmaps, A/B testing, user journey audits)
- Hands-on WordPress front-end development (PHP, CSS, JS, HTML)
- eCommerce + paid traffic optimization experience
Bonus: WooCommerce, membership/subscription site experience
