About the Work
We're hiring across the org but the hiring managers don't have enough capacity to run each role's recruiting process. We're looking for a Fractional Senior Recruiter to take over day-to-day recruiting efforts so we can move candidates through our pipeline and make great hires.
Specifically, you'll:
- Own the recruiting process for open roles
- Review inbound candidates and flag the top ones
- Conduct screening interviews
- Coordination and scheduling
- Candidate communication
- (sourcing new candidates is not the highest priority)
- Help the team make key hires like:
- VP Engineering
- Various Customer Success team hires
- BDRs
- And more
- Hold the HMs accountable to a timely process, make sure scorecards are filled out, hiring guidelines are followed, etc.
- Help us improve our recruiting process across the org
- Work closely with the Director of People Ops, the HMs, and the CEO
About You
You MUST have:
- Led recruiting efforts for other early-stage and growth-stage tech startups
- Owned a variety of technical and non-technical roles commonly found in B2B SaaS cos, across Marketing, Success, Sales, Engineering
- Highly-hands on - you should be comfortable screening resumes and running screening calls
- Can be based anywhere in the USA, but note that our team works mostly off the MT time zone
- Independent fractionals only, no agencies
