About Us
We provide AI-powered systems integration services for large companies, helping them modernize, move, and manage data between complex software platforms.
We've raised a Seed round from top investors, and have ~25 employees today.
About the Work
We need to hire 12+ roles this year, but our process is disorganized and reliant on external agencies. We're looking for a Fractional Senior Recruiter to embed into our org and own hiring end-to-end, as we work to bring recruiting more in-house.
Specifically, you'll:
- Own the full hiring pipeline for our open roles, from sourcing through close. We're currently most focused on the following:
- Forward-deployed Engineer
- Delivery Manager
- Solutions Engineer
- Product Manager
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate on each role and keep processes moving
- Source candidates directly yourself, and continue to manage outside agencies to supplement where needed
- Run phone screens
- Manage the interview process from scheduling through offer negotiation
- Bring more structure and standardization to our hiring process, and the overall candidate experience
About You
You MUST have:
- Been a Senior Recruiter, owning the full cycle end-to-end, for other Seed thru Series B stage startups
- Significant technical recruiting experience, from software engineers through technical GTM roles
- Recruited for SF/Bay-based companies, and you have an active network in that area that you can tap into
- Excited to do hands-on sourcing work yourself
- If your preference is to manage others to do the sourcing for you, we won't be the right fit
- Highly process-oriented, you can bring clear structure to a messy process
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience recruiting forward-deployed engineers specifically
- Recruited candidates out of the large AI-native and/or data heavy enterprise companies
