About Us
We're a B2B SaaS product that makes onboarding new customers and managing project delivery easier, through automations and agentic workflows.
We've got over 40 employees, are backed by a large private equity institution, and a very clear growth plan.
About the Work
Our full-time VP People Operations is sadly leaving us soon. We're looking for a Fractional VP People to own our people strategy, provide strategic guidance, and leadership coaching as we continue to scale.
Specifically, you'll:
- Own our hiring roadmap, headcount planning, and advise on org design
- Act as a thought partner to leadership on company culture and retention
- Serve as the escalation point for complex ER issues
- Help coach our people managers and leadership team
- Ensure we're compliant across federal/state/local labor laws
- Provide high-level recruiting oversight, including the offer process, and managing any outside recruiting agency relationships
- You'll be supported by a Fractional Senior Recruiter (also hired through Fractional Jobs)
- Help us improve our AI efficiency initiative across the company
About You
You MUST have:
- Been a VP or CPO for other B2B SaaS companies in the 50 - 250 employee range
- Worked within the tech startup ecosystem, and have plenty of experience working with software engineering orgs
- Plenty of experience navigating complex employee relations issues
- Strong HR compliance knowledge, including multi-state hiring practices
- Experience with leadership and/or people manager coaching
Some nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Lattice & Carta
- Worked on driving AI adoption in an org
