Role Description

This part-time, on-site role, based in Charlotte, NC, is designed for a skilled Fractional HR Consultant to support the company’s HR operations. The consultant will oversee day-to-day human resources responsibilities, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance adherence. The role includes developing HR policies, managing performance reviews, assisting with onboarding and training programs, and advising leadership on HR best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR-related compliance, employee relations, and labor laws
• Experience in talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Proficiency in developing HR policies and managing performance reviews
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, part-time environment
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Familiarity with the wellness or spa industry preferred but not required
