About Us
We're an AI agent-building platform, focused currently on customer support teams. Our product lets companies create and deploy agents trained on company documentation, previous customer conversations, and more.
We're a YC alum, and have customers like Anthropic, Midjourney, Posthog, etc.
About the Work
We're seeing a surge of new customer interest, meaning we have to scale our team to meet demand. We're looking for a Fractional Senior Recruiter (or two) to embed into our team and own the candidate pipeline for us across several roles needed for scaling.
Specifically, you'll:
- Own the pipeline for the following roles (you'll need to own either the tech roles OR the non-tech roles OR both, DOE)
- Tech (must be in SF/Bay or NYC-based)
- 2 - 3x forward-deployed engineers
- 2 - 3x senior/staff-level full-stack engineers (Typescript)
- 1x Product Designer / Design Engineer
- Non-tech (must be SF/Bay Area-based)
- 2x Enterprise AEs
- 1+ BDRs
- Tech (must be in SF/Bay or NYC-based)
- Spend most of your time on the top half of the funnel (sourcing and screening), but play a role in negotiations/closing, etc. (you'll get significant help from the rest of the team here)
- Teach us what great recruiting looks like, and up-level all our processes
- Work most closely with our CEO and Head of Operations
We're open to different arrangements, including 1) one fractional recruiter to own all the roles, 2) two fractional recruiters, one for tech and one for non-tech, and 3) a Head of Recruiting who has sub-contract recruiters they can leverage.
About You
You MUST have:
- Owned full-cycle recruiting for countless US-based, early and growth-stage, venture-backed tech startups
- This must be your bread and butter
- Plenty of successes recruiting for in-person Sales (AE or BDR) and/or Engineering roles
- Specific experience with B2B SaaS, dev tool, or AI startups
- Based anywhere, but with significant USA time zone overlap
- Independent fractionals only, no agencies
Nice-to-haves:
- A deep network of sales/engineering candidates in NYC/Bay Area
- You've seen and contributed to hyper-scaling startups
